Reinforcing structure close to the front wheels does not contribute that much to counterweight.

I have thoughts on ballast boxes, as I had a come to Jesus moment when first picking up a IBC tote full of firewood on a slight slope when one of the rear tires started to lift slightly. Has anyone ever done this before who can share with me how they did it?

A cheap three point counterweight for my tractor I made consists of a plastic 50 gallon drum, with a piece of all 3/4 inch all-thread run horizontally through two sway bars running vertically purchased at TSC ,and then the drum filled with concrete.
