I love them for the lack of maintenance and for their load-carrying ability, but I did notice a drastic reduction in traction last winter while removing snow on asphalt. I had good luck with chains on my 543 Bobcat, minus the having enough room on the back side. I ended up leaving them off, because they'd catch the frame and come loose. If you've got plenty of clearance and a good set of chains that stays tight, they work really well. I was wondering what people find work better?
