As with most internet searches for equipment reviews, you typically only find those folks with bad experiences and looking to vent. As someone looking to add a skid steer on a modest budget to the farm, I've found several Mustang's in my price range but I'm leary based on lack of positive reviews. Since you qualified it with 'most powerful' then I'd have to suggest the Gehl 7800/Mustang 2109/2105 model with 110 hp cummins and yanmars, both of which are my most favorite, reliable engines. There are more of these models with the T bar control, fewer with case style controls, and fewer with hand/foot control.
i have a 2004 Mustang 2044, great little machine, simple to operate and repair. i would join heavyequipmentforums.com and do a search on the 2109. ive read quite a few horror stories about the 2109. do afew searches online first.
