I've had to replace a couple wheel stud on m 1845c. Local case dealer had them . The lug nuts are sheared off from the machine hub. I use the machine with Loeggering tracks and with 2" spacers. I've sheered off the nuts holding the wheel to spacers before. I have an 873 T with 3 broken wheel studs. Can someone tell me the best way to remove the broken studs from the hub? Thanks in advance. Apparently when a couple of the acorn nuts went on they caught the threads of the stud?s? and screwed them back into the hub. Only a couple threads were actually into the lug nut. The nuts could not hold on but as I recall the wheel got loose but it did not exit stage left. Anybody know the proper lug nut torques for a Bobcat A300 or 9/16" lugs? I have searched the forum and came up with anywhere from 105-160 ft-lbs. This is a huge discrepancy. Put the wheel on then the washers and torque the nuts down. Weld the washers in place and the wheel will be servicable. Used wheels are reasonable in price and may be the easiest choice.
