So I have a john deere 270 1st series Recently changed flywheel and had main pump removed. Reinstalled had 2 hoses blow on boom arm replaced them. Now I'm currently having issue where my boom raises quickly but comes down extremely slow. Not sure if it's related but I have no power on my right wheels. They do not appear to have broken chain. My 2000 260 skid steer parking brake won't release and the boom won't raise. The left pedal will not unlock however the right one does, allowing the bucket to operate when the motor is running. The engine runs for about 15 minutes at 1/3 throttle, then blows a 15 amp fuse to the key switch.
