When doing all 3 at once, the belt will slip and sqeak. I just replaced the hydrolic/hydrostatic fluid and filter (messy job) and it seems to have helped but only a little. not so tight that you dont have any flex to the belt ( check it between the pulleys @ the bottom) but not so loose that it starts to slip. if you use 1 finger under the belt and can deflect the belt 1/4" - 1/2" you are probably close enough.The skid steer loader has a rated operating capacity of 1750 lbs (795 kg) and tipping load of 3900 lbs (1770 kg). Sounds like you're drive belt is slipping then. Either need to check and adjust the belt tension, tensioner spring could be broken, tensioner could be seized up, or the belt needs replaced.
