The 2023 Agrotk H12 seems suitable, with a power thumb for easier log handling. While it's gas-powered, diesel engines are often preferred for heavy equipment due to efficiency and durability.
I have 3 Agrotk H-12 excavators with the Briggs and Stratton Engine. They are a great little machine where I live in Florida. Plenty of power for Florida soils and very fast machines. Just purchased an Agrotk Kat12 Mini EX from RB Auctions. Same controls as H12, QH12. They are now selling the Typhon (with hydraulic thumb) for 50 plus free US delivery. Getting to be a race to the bottom amongst the importers. I would hate to be one of those folks/companies that imported earlier this year or last year for resale and are sitting with mini excavators that they are wanting -10k for. Market saturation I guess.
BTW, the auction had 18 of the AgroTK 1-tons, and the range of top bids were 00-5200. Dunno if they sold at those prices or had secret reserves. Looks like these small Chinese mini-Xs have reached saturation. My excavator weighs in at a little over 6000lbs with the extended arm and added counterweight. Most flail mowers were either too heavy, require higher gpm flow rates, only available for top 3 mounts, very costly and may not work.
